You will be responsible for maintaining a balanced credit risk across all accounts which fall in line with company policy, while developing strong business relationships with customers and internal teams.JOB DUTIES:Performs collections of past-due invoices, leads root cause analysis,



and implements corrective action with the customer and internal partners to ensure timeliness of future payments.Influence customer payment behaviors by actively reaching out to customers of ADI via phone to ensure payments are a priority within the customers' payables resulting in a direct impact to the cash flow of the company.Receive incoming calls from customers and internal teams to assist with multiple requests such as payments, past dues, and orders inquiries.Organize & analyze all internal and external customer accounts and identify all collection issues.Assist with monthly forecast reporting.Collaborate and build relationships with internal departments and stakeholders.YOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field1 year experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service or a Finance related rolePrior experience with advanced usage of both the English and French languages, inclusive of written and verbal communication.
