Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our LATAM HCM Practice to support ADP GlobalView implementation projects in Mexico.
The consultant will serve as a GlobalView Mexico Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting ADP implementation activities across all project phases.
This role requires strong Mexico payroll expertise combined with hands-on GlobalView/SAP configuration experience and the ability to work closely with ADP project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities: Support ADP GlobalView implementation projects for Mexico payroll.
Participate in implementation activities across all project phases, including requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Perform GlobalView/SAP payroll configuration activities as assigned by the ADP Project Manager.
Provide Mexico payroll subject matter expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution during implementation activities.
Assist with payroll validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with ADP implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualification(s): Strong experience implementing ADP GlobalView for Mexico payroll.
Lead Consultant / Senior Consultant profile with hands-on configuration experience.




Strong understanding of Mexico payroll processes, statutory requirements, and payroll regulations.
Experience supporting GlobalView implementation projects through multiple project phases.
Experience with SAP HCM Payroll and GlobalView configuration.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualification(s): Previous experience working as an ADP GlobalView implementation consultant.
Experience supporting multiple GlobalView implementations.
Experience working within ADP delivery methodology and implementation frameworks.
Duration: Project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated immediate start and an initial duration of approximately six months, with the possibility of extension.
Level of Effort: Full-time.
Working Hours: Standard Mexico business hours.
