They are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Sales Manager with deep roots in the plastics sector and expertise in engineering polymer solutions.Key responsibilities: Drive and manage direct sales strategies across the Mexican market.Identify new commercial opportunities and grow existing client partnerships.Cultivate strategic, long-term relationships with key OEM's.Serve as the primary commercial point of contact within the region.Collaborate cross-functionally with international technical, sales and R&D; divisions.Play a central role in scaling and establishing the new regional entity.Requirements:Established track record in polymer materials,
particularly within high-performance engineering plastics.Deep knowledge of the local industrial landscape across target sectors (e.g. automotive, industrial, electrical/electronics).
