In this role, you will support HR operations and initiatives that ensure workforce compliance and engagement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Residence in Monterrey, N.L. required.Knowledge of HR best practices and Organizational Psychology experience.Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and calendar/appointment management.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Eager to learn, collaborate, and try new things.High energy and adaptability,
