You'll engage with potential customers through both inbound and outbound channels, guiding them through our offerings and helping them choose the plan that best fits their needsKey Activities:Promote and sell medical subscription services to prospective clients through inbound and outbound channelsEducate potential customers on the features, benefits, and pricing of healthcare plans or medical membershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients,



offering personalized support and follow-upConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM systemCollaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and improve campaign performanceStay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates in the healthcare spaceRepresent the company at community events, clinics, or online webinars to increase brand visibilityProvide feedback to leadership on customer preferences, pain points, and product opportunitiesRequired Skills & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or subscription-based servicesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilityTech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + Unlimited commissionsHire directly for an American companyVacation bonus 37.5%Annual bonusScheduleMonday to Friday 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM Mexico Time Zone
