Location: SPGG, Mexico (On-site)Are you an experienced Construction Estimator with a passion for delivering accurate budgets and helping projects succeed before construction even begins?
We're looking for a detail-oriented estimator to join our growing preconstruction team, supporting ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects across the United States.What You'll Do: Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed quantity takeoffs, and competitive cost estimates.Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to define project scope.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.Perform bid leveling, cost analysis, and value engineering.Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients throughout preconstruction.Support project turnover from estimating to construction.What We're Looking For:



5+ years of experience in construction estimating or preconstruction.Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Plan Swift, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating , or similar software.Advanced Excel skills.Professional English communication (C1 or higher).
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to project sites, client meetings, and preconstruction activities.Why Join Us?
