We're looking for aVirtual Property Managerto oversee day-to-day operations across a growing residential real estate portfolio.
You will be the operational point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors — managing maintenance coordination, rent collection follow-ups, leasing support, move-ins and move-outs, and all the documentation and communication that keeps a multi-property portfolio running cleanly.This role has a hard language requirement.You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.A significant portion of tenant and vendor communication happens in Spanish and there is no workaround for this.
