**Overall Purpose**: Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:- **Technical Product Vision and Strategy**: Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- **Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration**: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
- **Product Development and Requirements Management**: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
- **Customer-Centric Product Management**: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

**Required Qualifications**:- Proven experience managing technical software products e2e from **problem definition to rollout/change**management (telecommunication software experience plus)- Exceptional **communication and presentation skills**, capable of delivering impactful readouts to executive officers and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to **take ownership** of projects, drive accountability, and deliver results with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in **cross-functional collaboration**, working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes, align stakeholders, and implement solutions.
- A track record of managing and improving **customer and product experiences** through proactive and innovative approaches.
**Education & Career Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
