- Daily communication Internally to share failure details, and get the people fully understand what customer is claiming.
- Supporting customer root cause audits and investigations.
- Communication with Residents Engineers to perform sorting activities at Customer side.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Warranty leader.
- Tracking customer scorecards and initiating improvement plans.
- Extreme ownership and decision maker by itself.
- Coordinate analysis reports with warranty technician.
- Involvement on technical issues at shopfloor to easily communicate to customer.
