- Document and improve buying processes as needed.
- Review lineboards and create order formats for wholesale clients for every buy.
- Create descriptions in Spanish and review them with the Merchandising team.
- Compile all client's buys into one file.
- Review MOQs for each buy and add or eliminate units as needed.
- Review that all sizes are available and do corrections as needed.
- Confirm everything is released in Flex and ask the Merchandising team if there are missing styles.
- Send compiled and corrected file for each buy to imports.
- Ensure the buys are submitted and registered correctly.
- Register all buys by SKU/client for each season in buy resume.
- Ensure timely forecasts and fabric commits deliveries to US forecasting.
