Promote a strong safety and wellbeing culture through trainings, prevention plans, incident follow‐up, and reporting.Requirements3+ years in a senior HSE/EHS/SST role with proven leadership and cross‐functional influence.Hands‐on experience with ISO ***** and ISO ***** (implementation and/or audits).




English level B2 (conversational).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and emotional intelligence; ability to work with on‐site and remote teams.Availability to work on‐site and move between company locations in Mexico.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation: base salary + variable incentive (CIP 3%).
