## ## **About the Role**As Indirect Buyers Lead, you will guide and optimize procurement activities across indirect categories, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven purchasing processes.You will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders across functions such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Communications, supporting business goals through strong supplier management and procurement excellence.This role involves leading a team across Mexico and Central America, driving performance, improving processes, and strengthening procurement as a trusted advisor within the organization.
## **What You Will Do*** Category Management: Oversee indirect procurement categories, ensuring timely execution of purchasing processes aligned with company policies and risk mitigation strategies* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand business needs, provide procurement guidance, and position procurement as a strategic enabler* Supplier Management: Coordinate supplier evaluations and follow up on performance, ensuring delivery quality and implementing improvement actions* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of indirect buyers,
