****Position Summary**Responsible of two Business units.
(HCS / HVD).
Lead the deployment of Lean principles and structure project Management.Main objective is eliminating waste and improve cost, efficiency and operative organization.Continues improvement, facilitates cross functional projects and support the division growth.Leads new product development initiatives.
**Responsibilities**- Responsible of Lean methodologies implementation- Champion the use of Lean tools (VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, Problem Solving, etc.).
- Facilitate kaizen events and workshops to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Lead development and execution of the annual Lean roadmap aligned with the WIN site strategy and Parker Hannifin division goals.
- Implement and maintain visual management systems, daily management boards, and tiered accountability processes.
- Support the deployment and maturity of the Parker Business System / Lean operating system (PBS, WIN Strategy, etc.).
- Coach leaders and teams on root cause analysis (e.g., A3, 8D, fishbone, 5‐Why)- Project Management- Lead and deployed localization projects across Parker regions within impact on the Division Level.
- Plan, lead, and track key improvement, cost‐reduction, and capability‐building projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and communication plans.
- Coordinate cross‐functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, EHS).
- Monitor progress against milestones, manage changes, and report status to leadership.




- Ensure projects deliver targeted operation/financial benefits.
- Lean Culture, Training & Change Management- Act as a change agent fostering a continuous improvement culture.
- Develop and deliver training on Lean methods, tools, and project management practices.
- Mentor Lean champions, team leaders, and project managers.
- Promote employee involvement (suggestion systems, CI teams, daily kaizen).
- Support communication plans to ensure alignment and buy‐in at all levels.
- Document and standardize improved processes and work methods.
- Ensure sustainability of improvements through audits, layered process checks, and standard work for leaders.
- Benchmark internal and external best practices and lead their adaptation and adoption.
- Support integration of Lean with other systems (e.g., ISO, EHS, ERP, S&OP;).
**Qualifications**- Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business fields.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing roles.
- 2 years of experience in Project Management.
- Formal training / Certification in Lean, Six Sigma and Project Management.
*Preferred- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, TPS/PBS, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent) and standard office software.
- Ability to analyze data, build business cases, and quantify benefits (ROI, payback, cost/benefit).
- Familiarity with quality systems (ISO ****, AS**** as applicable).
- High English proficiency- Collaborative mindset across functional teams (Shop floor, leadership, Division and Group Leadership)- Influential leader with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
