As Regional Sales Manager you will be part of the strategic growth channels to position our hardware brands.You will report to the commercial area.You will be #LI-Onsite at our Guadalajara site.
**Key Responsibilities**- You will serve and lead existing customers, develop new accounts for the hardware store portfolio and follow up on the hardware store expansion plan.
- You will implement tactical actions and manage productive interaction with multiple organizational responsibilities to improve your region's service level.
- You will implement channel strategy, monitor results and make recommendations to achieve growth goals.
- You will seek and identify innovation actions for your region.
- You will lead a sales team to achieve agreed targets: volume, market share performance and other goals.
**Qualifications**- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the traditional channel, hardware channel desirable.
