**:Join a integral leader in innovative air distribution solutions as a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Intern.This paid internship offers practical, hands-on experience supporting our SHE activities while you learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, international environment.You will contribute to maintaining a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
**Your Impact and Responsibilities**:As a SHE Intern, you will assist in delivering day-to-day safety, health and environmental tasks and activities.You will gain exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, incident investigation, and training delivery.Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting with safety inspections and workplace risk assessments.
- Supporting incident reporting and investigation, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Helping to maintain and update SHE documentation, records and permits.
- Participating in toolbox talks, safety meetings and training sessions; supporting development of materials.
- Supporting environmental monitoring, waste management and sustainability initiatives.
- Assisting with compliance audits and follow-up on non-conformances.
- Collecting and analysing basic safety performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of safety campaigns and employee engagement activities.
**Who You Are**:You are a motivated student or recent graduate with an interest in occupational safety, health and environmental management.You are organised,



observant and eager to learn in a practical, fast-moving manufacturing or office environment.You enjoy working with people and contributing to a culture of safety.
- Enrolled in, or recently completed, a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of health, safety and environmental principles and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal)- Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Self-motivated, reliable and committed to promoting a positive safety culture.
- Previous exposure to workplace safety, through placements, projects or part-time work, is an advantage but not essential.
