This role focuses on leading and executing**Business Intelligence projects effectively and efficiently**, identifying clients key needs and translating them into both technical and business terms.
**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze client requirements, collecting and documenting all necessary information to define project scope and objectives.
- Define project deliverables, timelines, and activities to provide accurate estimations and final proposals to clients.
- Select appropriate tools and execute project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Structure and model data sources, aligning them with client business rules for areas such as**finance, production, and retail**.
- Report project activities and progress to the**Operations Management and Project Manager**.
- Document implemented processes and solutions for both client delivery and future internal reference.
- Provide client support and guidance throughout project implementation.
- Manage and execute**pre-purchased client hour bundles**, contributing to company profitability.




- Deliver client training on BI and analytics tools developed and implemented during projects.
**Requirements**:**Education**- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields (**required**).
**Languages**- Advanced**English proficiency (minimum C1)****Experience & Skills**- **5+ years of experience with Tableau**(certification is a plus).
- Introductory knowledge in analytics and data visualization.
- Experience working with**Snowflake**.
- Strong SQL skills and database management experience.
- Proven**customer service orientation**.
