**Job Title**: Regional Director of Finance and Controllership**Location**: Mexico (Regional Scope)**Job Type**: Full-Time**Work Environment**: On-Site**Reporting to**: Vice President of FinanceAbout the Role:Key Responsibilities:- Lead and implement financial planning, budgeting, accounting, procurement, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations.
- Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management activities, collaborating with insurance and risk management teams.
- Oversee all financial reporting functions including monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports for corporate and client stakeholders.
- Administer the full accounting cycle including general ledger, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and property and operational expenditures.
- Review and authorize contracts, settlements, and financial disbursements related to events, concessions, and subcontractors.
- Support HR functions and payroll administration on-site.
- Collaborate with department leaders to drive financial performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare for and support external and client audits,



implementing audit recommendations as required.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting and/or financial management at the director or senior managerial level.
- Advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Preferred experience with ADP payroll systems and Sage accounting software.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is highly desirable.
