At FORVIA HELLA, we are seeking a Quality Specialist (QS I) to support audits, documentation control, and quality system activities.
**Role Objective**To support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System, collaborating on internal and external audits, process documentation, and follow-up of findings to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.
**️ Key Responsibilities**- Plan, prepare, and supervise internal process and system audits.




- Follow up on findings from internal and external audits.
- Create, update, and maintain QMS-related documentation.
- Support the development of local process standards.
- Prepare quality reports and inform responsible stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to support the Quality System.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** Education**:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**Experience**:Between 1-3 years in Quality Systems roles within automotive manufacturing.
**Language**: Intermediate - Advanced English**️Musts**:- Hard Skills_Strong knowledge of the IATF ***** norm (previous lead responsibility in certifying an automotive plant under IATF)Qualified auditor (process and system).
Strong capability in planning and conducting audits.
