Procurement and Project Management teams to support schedule stability and continuous improvement initiatives.This position requires analytical skills and strategic thinking to optimize complex manufacturing processes while maintaining high service levels and managing inventory targets.REQUIREMENTSAdvanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning/scheduling in a production environmentPreferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldAPICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) preferredSix Sigma Green Belt certification preferredProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong understanding of MRP principles, capacity planning, and inventory managementExperience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP;) processesDemonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize production schedules for efficiencyKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong collaborative and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environmentExperience with production scheduling software and manufacturing execution systemsStrong problem‐solving abilities and process improvement mindsetKnowledge of GMP and quality systems preferredProject management experience preferredAbility to work independentlyExperience guiding schedule adherence and resolving conflictsExperience developing and maintaining planning parameters and master dataProficiency in data analysis and performance metrics reporting#J-*****-Ljbffr
