constant communication with the LL and the municipality to negotiate the possible fines or surcharges, process payments in People Soft and have communication with finance department.Support on the revisions of the contracts terms to identify the due dates and maintenance terms, report to the Property Management Manager the status of this and help to have this updated and review the contract performance.Keep updated the INTUIT database.Do and submit the purchase orders of all the OFI vendors included in each project, coordinates and assures the delivery dates and final costs.Position RequirementsLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Legal sciences / Architect / Administration.Years of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: Knowledge in real estate, legal terms in lease and purchase contracts, interpret architectural plans, interpret scriptures.
