on new and changing regulationsResponsible for escalating issues to the Business Units Management team as necessaryResponsible for leading and executing small to medium projects in the product compliance area.Contribute to the improvement of departmental processes and operating procedures.Participate in the review, approval, training, and release of policies, procedures, and work instructions related to the design and production of compliant products and assemblies.Responsible for working with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance of all products and requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Project management or equivalent work experience3 – 7 years of related experience with compliance or materials is essentialExperience in the management of regulatory compliance for electronic equipment is requiredKnowledge of regulations and industry requirements related to integral product compliance requirements (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Safety, Wireless, EMC, Energy Efficiency, and other agencies approvals) is requiredWe are excited if you have:Collaborative and demonstrated ability to work in a team-based culture throughout a global organizationMust be comfortable working independently and as part of a teamAbility to clearly communicate ideas to a teamGood written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complicated regulationsGood knowledge of English (business advance)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint would be an advantage.
