About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dev Ops Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure solutions on AWS.
In this role, you will manage container orchestration, ensure monitoring and security best practices, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to improve delivery speed and application reliability.
You will also guide clients on adopting Agile and Dev Ops methodologies while troubleshooting complex AWS infrastructure and deployment challenges.
Staying current with evolving AWS services and Dev Ops trends will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using AWS services (e.g., Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, Code Commit) and/or third-party tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions).
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools such as AWS Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, and/or Terraform.
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate).
Configure and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Amazon Cloud Watch, AWS X-Ray, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure visibility and performance of applications and infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with customer development and operations teams to optimize workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve application reliability.
Apply security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation (Dev Sec Ops).
Advise clients on Agile methodologies and fostering Dev Ops culture.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and operational issues in AWS environments.
Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, Dev Ops tools, and industry trends.




Job Requirements Required Skills and Experience Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles in AWS environments.
CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and implementing robust, automated CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Formation and/or Terraform.
Experience with AWS CDK is a plus.
Containers & Orchestration: Practical experience with Docker and at least one of the following: Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate.
Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
Core AWS Services for Dev Ops: Deep knowledge of IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, and the AWS Code suite (Code Commit, Code Build, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline).
Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Amazon Cloud Watch (Logs, Metrics, Alarms), and preferably with ELK Stack or Prometheus/Grafana.
AWS Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of VPC, Security Groups, NACLs, ELB/ALB/NLB, and Route 53.
Operating Systems: Strong experience with Linux and/or Windows Server in cloud environments.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer – Professional; AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional; AWS Certified Developer – Associate; AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator – Associate Serverless Experience: Knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions.
Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Dev Sec Ops: Experience integrating security tools (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning) into CI/CD pipelines.
Databases on AWS: Familiarity with automated management and deployment of RDS, Aurora, and Dynamo DB.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban.
Cost Optimization (Fin Ops): Understanding of cost optimization in Dev Ops architectures and workflows on AWS.
Consulting Experience: Prior consulting experience working directly with clients and managing their expectations.
