Responsibilities Support the management and follow-up of a small customer portfolio.
Assist with reporting activities and data tracking within the Collections team.
Help maintain and update customer account information and collection records.
Utilize Excel to analyze and organize operational data.
Learn and work with tools such as SAP and HighRadius to support daily activities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks within the department.
Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Willingness to learn and develop within a finance and collections environment.
