and applications.Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to identify optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.Support the development and maintenance of new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and contribute to achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
