Remote Bookkeeper — LATAM (Auxiliar Contable Remoto / Tenedor de Libros)Remote | Full-time | Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern TimeApply here: the RoleA growing U.S.-based real estate closing firm is looking for an experienced Remote Bookkeeper to work alongside its accounting manager.
This is an internal, back-office role — no client calls, just clean, accurate daily work that keeps the books audit-ready and lets the accounting manager focus on the bigger picture.The systems are already built and documented — your job is to run them well.
The firm handles large sums of client and trust money, so care and accuracy matter here more than almost anything else.
If you're the kind of bookkeeper who catches your own errors, asks instead of assumes, and takes quiet pride in tidy books, you'll feel right at home.What You'll DoEnter bills and schedule vendor payments in RampReconcile bank and credit card accounts, including three-way trust account reconciliationsCategorize a high daily volume of transactions (100+ entries) to the correct entity, location, or attorneyRun employee expense reports and follow up on missing receiptsHelp prepare payroll, including verifying commission payouts for attorneys (Excel does the math — you confirm the funds and the accuracy)Keep vendor lists, W-9s, and supporting documents organized, and manage the accounting inboxTrack your recurring work in Asana (training provided)What You'll Bring5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping across AP, AR, reconciliations, and expense categorizationExperience supporting U.S.-based companies — this one is required.
U.S. bank reconciliations,



W-9s/****s, and working with a U.S. team in English.
BPO or outsourcing experience counts if you personally owned the work.NetSuite experience — strongly preferred.
NetSuite is the firm's core platform, so real on-the-job exposure puts you at a big advantage.
If your depth is in QuickBooks, SAP, or a comparable ERP and you adapt to new systems quickly, we still want to hear from you — tell us about it in your application.The ability to explain a trust account three-way reconciliation (bank balance, book balance, and client ledger totals — not the AP three-way match)Solid fundamentals: you understand how debits, credits, AP, and AR connect, and you notice when something looks offComfort with SOPs, and flexibility when tools change — the firm recently moved to NetSuite and is rolling out ClioClear, professional English, written and spoken — interviews are live video calls in EnglishAdvanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic macros)Nice to HaveRamp, Clio, or trust/IOLTA accounting experienceBookkeeping in a law firm, real estate, or title/escrow environmentFamiliarity with Asana or similar toolsWork SetupA quiet home office, stable internet, and a tested backup plan for power or connectivity outages.
You'll work U.S. Eastern business hours.
