In this role, you will own sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination, partnering closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to keep a strong pipeline moving.What You Will Actually DoSource and screen candidates for roles across accounting, finance, and fraud related functions, building strong, qualified pipelinesPresent qualified candidates to senior recruiters and hiring managers in a timely mannerSchedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATSProvide a consistent, positive candidate experience through the sourcing and screening stagesHand off shortlisted candidates to senior recruiters for next steps, with clear notes and contextWho We WantYou are eager to grow your recruiting career and comfortable learning in a fast paced environmentYou are organized, detail oriented,
