About the JobA Japanese producer and seller of manufacturing equipment (machines and machine parts used in manufacturing) is looking for a Sales Representative for their office in Monterrey, Mexico.The successful applicant will be responsible for providing existing services and developing new services for the current client base.
He/she will also be responsible for handling and expanding sales activities to acquire new customers and to expand business activities.For this role, knowledge about the industry and the local market, as well as the ability to research valid information and opportunities, are needed.TasksProvide sales activities and after-sales service to existing clients (regular visits onsite at the clients' location to follow up and check for new business opportunities)Assess clients' needs, create/edit machine drawings (blueprints) based on needed specs for required machine partsNew client acquisition (Japanese as well as Mexican, US, and international companies) (-> arrange onsite visits to introduce services, build client relationships, and gain business opportunities)Networking activities to expand current market activatesMarket research to find new business opportunitiesCooperate with onsite team member to achieve set targetsIn-office operations (creating presentations, proposals,
