The team works closely with founders and executive leadership to improve profitability, optimize cash flow, support strategic decision-making, and drive long-term business value.As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support multiple client engagements across financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.Position Overview We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional with a strong background in financial modeling and experience supporting inventory-based businesses.This role will work directly with senior finance leaders to build financial models, support forecasting processes, prepare management reporting, and deliver strategic insights that influence business decisions.The idóneo candidate combines strong technical modeling skills (especially 3-statement modeling), business acumen, and excellent communication skills.Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory backgrounds are highly valued.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain 3-statement financial models, forecasts, budgets,



and scenario analysesDevelop cash flow forecasts and support working capital planningPrepare monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentationsAnalyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesCreate KPIs, dashboards, and financial insights for leadership teamsSupport strategic finance initiatives including fundraising, M&A;, due diligence, and valuation workParticipate in client meetings and support executive-level discussions with financial analysisCollaborate with senior finance leaders on ad hoc strategic projectsUse AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiencyContribute to the development of internal financial models and templatesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or similar analytical finance rolesExperience with accounting or ERP systemsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fieldStrong experience building and working with 3-statement financial modelsExperience with Consumer Goods (CPG), eCommerce, Manufacturing, or other inventory-based businessesExposure to M&A;, due diligence, valuation, fundraising, or transaction-related workAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in a professional context
