With strong support from our parent company, we are well positioned for continued growth across conventional heat exchangers, hybrid, electric vehicle (EV), and autonomous driving sectors.Yinlun TDI LLC is an ISO ***** and IATF ***** certified manufacturer of heat exchangers and fluid cooling components for automotive, commercial truck, bus, and industrial markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal support in labor and employment matters, commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and daily business operations.This position will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with Mexican laws and regulations, reduce legal risks, and support the company's business growth in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support regarding Mexican labor and employment laws, employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace disputes.Support the Human Resources team in handling labor complaints, internal investigations,



employee documentation, labor inspections, and termination processes.Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding labor litigation, conciliation proceedings, employee claims, and other legal matters.Review company policies, procedures, employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other HR-related documents to ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, customer agreements, service agreements, consulting agreements, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, logistics agreements, and purchase agreements.Identify potential legal and commercial risks in contracts and provide practical recommendations to business teams.Monitor contract expiration dates, renewal requirements, and contractual obligations.Support corporate legal matters, government filings, permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance requirements.Support the company in complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in Mexico.Provide legal support during government inspections, audits, investigations, and regulatory reviews.Assist with internal investigations, compliance concerns,



employee complaints, and ethics-related matters.Identify legal and operational risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.Support dispute resolution, claims management, and negotiations with employees, suppliers, customers, landlords, and service providers.Coordinate with external law firms, government agencies, notaries, consultants, and other professional service providers when necessary.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Law or Licenciatura en Derecho is required.Professional license or Cédula Competente is required.Specialization or postgraduate education in Labor Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or Compliance is preferred.Experience3 to 5 years of legal experience in a manufacturing company, multinational corporation, or law firm.Experience in Mexican labor and employment law is required.Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts is required.SkillsStrong knowledge of Mexican labor, commercial, corporate, and compliance regulations.Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical business solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with employees and management at different levels of the organization.High level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Language RequirementsSpanish: Native or professional proficiency.English: Business proficiency in written and verbal communication.
