We provide end-to end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.Whether you possess a background in finance, technology or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to usResponsibilitiesAssess current Murex architecture, integration landscape, and operating model to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesDefine and advise on the target operating model (TOM) for Murex covering integration, data, and end-to-end trade lifecycleProvide strategic guidance on MX.3 integration capabilities (MxML, APIs, Connectivity 2.0, Datamart, market interfaces) within the TOMLead architecture design for scalable, resilient upstream and downstream integrations aligned to future-state objectivesEvaluate and rationalize existing interfaces, workflows, and end-of-day processes to improve efficiency and operabilityEstablish integration standards, patterns, and governance (real-time, batch, APIs, messaging)
across the ecosystemCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural roadmaps and solutionsSupport transformation initiatives including version upgrades, cloud readiness, and platform modernizationOversee integration delivery quality through design reviews, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and release governanceProvide ongoing advisory and thought leadership to ensure alignment of implementation with target architecture and operating model visionSkillsMust have7-12 years of overall Murex experience with strong focus on integration and architectureHands-on expertise across MX.3 stack including trade interfaces, market data, Datamart, reporting, and EOD processesSolid experience with MxML (Exchange/Workflows) and Murex integration frameworks and APIsStrong understanding of integration patterns, messaging (MQ/Kafka), and real-time vs batch processingProven ability to design and bootstrap scalable technical solutions to solve business problemsExperience reviewing and defining architecture, integration flows, and system design patternsExposure to workflow orchestration and scheduler-driven processes (e.g., EOD cycles)Familiarity with FX and derivatives business processes (Front Office exposure is a plus)Strong problem-solving skills with ability to assess and improve existing solutionsExcellent communication skills with ability to engage business stakeholders, including Trading, FO, MO and BONice to haveSQL; XML;Other scripting languagesJava
