• Achieve sales (revenue and volume) and profitability targets by negotiating pricing, volumes, and commercial terms with Walmart.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Walmart through regular business reviews, meetings, and presentations to drive business growth and strengthen the partnership.
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities and maximize category performance.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and commercial conditions based on business opportunities, sales volume, and profitability objectives.
• Manage PSI (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory) to ensure effective planning, inventory control, and product availability.
• Prepare and maintain sales forecasts to ensure timely order fulfillment and healthy inventory levels, proactively proposing initiatives for slow-moving products.
• Drive Sell-In and Sell-Out strategies to maximize business performance and achieve commercial objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Monitor key business indicators, including sales performance, profitability, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitor activities, and market pricing to identify opportunities,



implement corrective actions, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Act as the primary liaison for the customer internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service levels and deliver the best possible customer experience.What are we looking for?
• At least 5 years of experience managing the Walmart account is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the Walmart account (mandatory).
• Experience in the home appliances, consumer electronics, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities• Results-oriented with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to attend meetings with international teams across different time zones.
• Availability to travel 1–2 times per month (approximately 3 days per trip).
