RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, material planning, production planning, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional environment.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Power BI (mandatory).
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
SQL knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work in multicultural environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport demand and supply planning activities based on sales forecasts and business requirements.Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment plans to ensure product availability.Perform material planning activities using MRP and DRP tools.Coordinate replenishment of finished goods and components.Follow up on planned and purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Support production planning activities for the Kit Center and help ensure on-time deliveries.Monitor planning KPIs and develop Power BI dashboards to support decision-making.
