The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Mexican payroll regulations, SAP payroll configuration, and payroll integrations, along with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to gather payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, system setup, and configuration activitiesValidate and configure payroll solutions and integrations in compliance with Mexican legal and payroll regulationsSupport data mapping, migration activities, YTD preparation, and payroll accuracy validationsManage all testing phases including SIT, UAT, parallel runs,



and resolve configuration or integration issues with global teamsLead go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness for deploymentTrack project progress and maintain project documentationCollaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesRequirementsStrong knowledge of payroll and time regulations in MexicoProven experience in SAP payroll configuration and payroll integrationsFluent in both English and Spanish with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience working on international payroll implementation projects is an advantage
