Argentina.This is a fast-paced position that requires superb communication and organization skills and a high level of attention to detail.Day-To-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport HR operations for Mexico and South America, ensuring seamless execution of regional processes while aligning with general initiativesHandle a full spectrum of HR administrative support including compensation & benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding procedures, staff movement, and employee engagementPlay an important part in the team responsible for the Employee ExperienceHave knowledge in supporting and processing payroll and payroll related functions to include tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administrationComplete employee data input and maintenance within the company HRIS system, validating that all data entered and maintained within the employee records is accurate and updated, in accordance with company policies and proceduresGenerate and analyze HR reports on key metrics, providing insights to support business decisionsRespond to general inquiries about Human Resources forms, procedures and policiesProcess and track Employee Bonus Referral ProgramPerform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization,
