**Position Summary**:We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and principled Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Mexico.This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the factory warehouse, ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, maintaining inventory data integrity, and strictly adhering to company procedures.Excellent English proficiency is crucial for seamless communication with our general teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Inbound Management**: Receive, unload, count, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders.Accurately record receipts in the system.
- **Outbound Management**: Pick, prepare, and dispatch materials accurately and efficiently based on production schedules or sales orders to ensure continuous line supply.
- **Inventory Control**: Perform regular cycle counts and annual full physical inventories.Reconcile stock discrepancies and analyze root causes to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- **System Operation**: Proficiently use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately.
- **Process Compliance**: Strictly enforce company warehouse procedures, safety standards (EHS), and 5S principles to ensure a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- **Reporting & Communication**:



Generate daily inventory reports.Communicate effectively (primarily in English) with management and international teams (e.g., procurement, planning) on stock status and issues.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or above.A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Prior internship or work experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related field is a strong advantage.
