or system integration.Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting robotic or automation applications.Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, robotic integrations, and manufacturing processes.Ability to support technical cases, service diagnostics, and warranty-related technical assessments.Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to customers, partners, and internal teams.Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across LATAM (approximately *****% of the time)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with collaborative robots or autonomous mobile robots.Experience supporting system integrators, distributors, or automation partners.Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, sensors, vision systems, or PLC integration.Experience conducting technical workshops, demos, or automation training sessions.Behavioral TraitsAnalytical approach to problem solving and technical diagnostics.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.Additional InformationThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
