**Skills & Qualifications Required**- Has/Pursuing Undergraduate Degree with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience- Minimum Process Tenure(Internal): 2 years- Excellent understanding of data entry process, accuracy, and quality control measures.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, management, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
**Scope & Accountability**Supervise and guide a team of data entry specialists- Provide clear instructions, setting performance goals, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
