Participation in International Projects Location Hybrid modality – Monterrey or Mexico City Language Advanced English (Required) Must-Have Requirements Copado Certifications (Required) Hands-on experience with Copado Dev Ops Implementation Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with Configuration & Release Management Knowledge of Cloud Automation Dev Ops Experience with Dev Ops best practices and Continuous Improvement Security-first mindset for development and deployment processes Responsibilities As a Dev Ops Engineer , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern Dev Ops practices, leveraging your expertise in Copado Dev Ops Implementation , CI/CD, cloud technologies, automation, and security.
Your responsibilities include: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.




Implement and optimize cloud-based Dev Ops infrastructure and automation.
Lead Configuration & Release Management processes to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across development and deployment workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining and promoting Dev Ops best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance across multiple teams.
Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies to support scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Influence key technical decisions and deliver solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and business units.
Required Skills Master proficiency in Copado Dev Ops Implementation Expert in Configuration & Release Management Advanced knowledge of: Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Dev Ops methodologies Cloud Automation Continuous Improvement Techniques Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering best practices.
