Descripción Manage and oversee all tax compliance processes and filings in accordance with local and international regulations.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely updates to internal policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on tax-related matters.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy in tax reporting and documentation.
Liaise with external tax authorities and consultants to address queries and resolve issues.




Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
Lead and mentor the tax team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
Perfil buscado A successful Tax Manager should have: A degree in Accounting In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in Mexico.
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
