This role serves as a key business partner to corporate function leaders, providing financial insights, cost transparency, budgeting and forecasting support, and performance analysis to drive effective decision-making and resource allocation.
The position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong cost governance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
**How you ́ll made an impact:*** Partner with functional leaders to manage operating expenses and achieve financial targets.
* Lead monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for corporate and local functions.
* Analyze presente results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance,



identifying risks and cost saving opportunities.
* Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for corporate and local functions.
* Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to support cost optimization initiatives.
* Monitor headcount, contractor spend, and discretionary expenses.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages for senior leadership.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**Your Background:*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
* Experience supporting corporate or shared service functions.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
* Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
