Descripción Manage regional Supply Planning activities, ensuring accurate replenishment and optimal inventory levels.
Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and production plans.
Define and maintain safety stock strategies based on demand variability and service requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites to align production priorities and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
Lead hotlist reviews and ensure timely resolution of supply constraints.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, inventory health, and working capital.




Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and reduce expedite costs.
Perfil buscado 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.
Experience working in a complex industrial manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to process-based operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP (preferred); Oracle or other ERP experience is also considered.
Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
Hands‐on, execution‐oriented profile with strong operational focus.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Advanced English communication skills.
