Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and architect new microservices using Golang.
Build and maintain reusable, reliable Golang code for the microservices ecosystem.
Build and deploy services on AWS using ECS Fargate (and Lambda where appropriate).
Integrate with Aurora Postgre SQL, SQS, Event Bridge, Elasti Cache for Redis, Cognito, and API Gateway.
Develop internal APIs with g RPC and implement high‐performance, scalable APIs.
Participate in the migration of data and logic from legacy SQL Server to Aurora Postgre SQL.
Engage in Dev Sec Ops activities, conduct code reviews on Git Hub Enterprise, and uphold high standards of code quality and security.
Implement and monitor logging, metrics, and tracing using Cloud Watch, X‐Ray, Grafana Cloud, and Open Search.
Collaborate within an Agile methodology, utilizing JIRA for task management and Confluence for documentation.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience focusing on Golang.
Hands‐on experience building and deploying applications on AWS,



specifically with ECS Fargate and Lambda.
Experience designing, building, and operating microservices in a production environment.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly Postgre SQL; database migration experience is a plus.
Experience creating and consuming APIs, including direct experience with g RPC.
Proficient with Git workflows, pull requests, and code reviews within a Git Hub environment.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with VSCode and Git Hub Copilot.
Experience setting up and using observability tools such as Grafana, Cloud Watch, and X‐Ray.
Direct experience with SQL Server.
Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of Ia C tools such as Cloud Formation or Terraform.
