What you will do: Maintains agreed-upon inventory levels to provide a flow of raw materials and components from the supply chain to the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities: Ensuring that the environment of the inventory stock room is in line with requirements for each product.
Managing staffing, development, and performance management of materials management workers.
Ensuring proper labor relations.
Defining and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Performing inventory analysis and making recommendations for stock levels.
Coordinating maintenance and support of inventory management software.




Skills you have Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes and run operations for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products.
Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-related roles, including material planning and supplier management.
English Level: Intermediate; Top candidates will also have English Level: Advanced.
Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
