Project Director Main Responsibilities The Project Development Directorwillbeleadingthedevelopmentofthe Altamira Container Terminal,incloseliaisonwiththe CTOandthe HQteamsin Geneva.The Project Development Directorwillbechargedwithoverseeingtheentireinfrastructuredevelopment,comprisingconceptualstudies,interfaceswiththebusinessplans,environmentalpermitting,engineering,tenderingandconstructionfollow-upintostart-upofoperations,basedoutofourofficesin Aarhus.JobdescriptionThe Project Development Directorwillsteerandcoordinatetheactivitiesofmulti-disciplinaryprojectteamsinchargeofconstruction(civilworks,buildings,electricalinfrastructure,dredging),electricalgridconnection,socialandenvironmentalactionplans,etc.toensurethefacilityisdeliveredintime,withinbudgetandtotherequirementsoftheproject'sshareholdersanditsfinancialinstitutions.Themainresponsibilitieswillinclude:Managetheprojectimplementationincloseliaisonwiththecompany'sdepartmentmanagersandthesupportingdepartmentsintheholdingcompany;Ensuretheprojectscheduleandmilestonesarebeingadheredtoandtheprojectisrealizedwithinscheduleandkeystakeholdersengagedandaretimelyupdatedonprogress;Coordinateallprojectresourcesaccordingtotheplan;Activelyidentifyprojectrisks,manageandmitigateprojectriskproactively;Ensureproperandnecessaryinputfromfunctionalexperts(internalaswellasexternal)isobtainedwheneverrequired,thiswithregardtodesign,construction,legalandenvironmentalrequirements,operationalpermitsetc.throughouttheprojectcyclefromdesignthroughconstructionintostart-upofoperations;Facilitateintegrationofcompletionofcivilworkswithoperationalandcommercialreadiness;Prepareandupdateprojectdocumentation,aswellascorporatereportsandpresentationsasrequired,includingvariousreportingtowardstheproject'slenders;Ensurebusinessplanandbudgetaretimelyup-dated.
