1. Update the customer portal (ISC Portal): purchase orders, container numbers, shipping plant, and cargo and shipment status
2. Create sales orders (SO) and delivery notes (DN) in the ERP system
3. Validate customer requirements and purchase orders, and propose adjustments to the sales plan
4. Compare the plant's production plan against customer demand and follow up on any gaps
5. Participate in the daily logistics meeting and follow up on agreements
6. Coordinate with plant departments to resolve deviations reported by the customer
7. Update the daily delivery tracker and prepare the weekly Variance Report
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in planning, customer service, or supply chain management in manufacturing

Advanced English (C1) required—used daily, both verbally and in writing, with clients and management
4. Advanced Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
5. Experience using an ERP system (creating work orders / delivery notes)
6. Availability for staggered work hours to accommodate meetings with teams in the Asian time zone
7. Valid documentation to work in México
Preferred (not required)
Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Korean
Experience in the electronics, display, or major appliance industries
