issuance of RFQs and POs and the delivery of Capital Equipment.Coordinate with stakeholders and step owners across business to ensure on-time delivery of all steps within Capex Purchasing Process.Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp-up.This position requires strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement.Lead effort to ensure Smartsheet schedule is updated and accurate.Create and lead development of new schedules for Capital Equipment incorporating Sourcing, Procurement, Installation and Qualification Activities.Apply knowledge of manufacturing to implement new ideas that enhance overall scheduling process.Identify and implement cost out opportunitiesRegional, and in some cases, integral: shop supportCultivate positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speedEnsure the team delivers change that has business impact.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's DegreeProject Management Scheduling Software, preferably Smartsheet: High level of expertise.Continuous Improvement Leadership experience in Mfg Environment.Production Supervisor ExperienceManufacturing Experience 2 yrsDesired CharacteristicsStrong team playerGood negotiation skillsAbility to build trust with team members and interfacing organizations.Customer satisfaction mindset with strong Quality orientationExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environment with individuals in global locationsAbility and willingness to challenge the status quo and deliver the best GE productsERP experience a plusAI experience a plus.Relocation Assistance Provided: NoAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-*****-Ljbffr
