Sales Development Representative (SDR)Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers, including CEOs, CMOs, VPs, AEs, and other key stakeholders.
- Schedule qualified meetings and convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Meet and exceed daily activity and performance targets.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies aligned with the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP).
- Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections throughout the sales process.
- Generate leads through multiple prospecting channels and methods.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and results within CRM and outreach platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as an SDR or in a similar business development role.
- Proven success in **cold calling and outbound prospecting**.
- Strong B2B sales experience and ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.




- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience researching, identifying, and prospecting new leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
