**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
1. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for mechanical components and packaging materials in alignment with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
2. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
3. Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and manage the procurement process from requisition through purchase order execution.
**Negotiation & Cost Management**
1. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers to achieve cost optimization and favorable terms.
2. Manage total cost of ownership analyses and develop should-cost models for mechanical and packaging categories.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and production schedules.
**SAP & Process Compliance**
1. Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records within SAP MM/S4HANA modules.
2. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
3. Generate procurement reports, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision making using SAP analytics tools.
**EDUCATION,



KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED**:
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
3. Hands-on experience operating in SAP (MM/S4HANA modules) for procurement transactions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
