Responsibilities:
- Maintain operational documentation and change logs.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in large enterprises or MNCs preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and operational best practices.
- Hands-on with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) and automation (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Java, Shell) preferred.
- Database management experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese, Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic) a plus.
Pay: $10,****** - $61,****** per month
