Fiat Chrysler-STELLANTIS México ((Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge y RAM, Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel y Vauxhall), General Company in the automotive sector is looking for a Product Quality ManagerThe Project Quality Manager oversees quality objectives achievement for the vehicle program, by carrying out the actions and activities necessary for their progress, consolidation, and management.
This position will be responsible to assure quality targets are met.
As well as ensure team execution of the quality processes since concept up to mass production.Job ResponsibilitiesEnsures quality customer objectives achievement for the vehicle(s) from concept until mass production.Produces monthly the synthesis of results obtained as well as an updated forecast on the quality KPI for the overall program and milestones.Drive the engineer teams to treat the design anomalies detected on vehicles in the field or at the plant.Proposes and requests yard holds and campaigns, initializes the request for yard hold if necessary and fills in the corresponding items needed to execute the retrofit/rework (i.e. spare parts).
Ensures quality deliverables are met on modifications done for the vehicle(s) in mass production.Organizes and manages root cause analysis for anomalies detected during development and start of mass production.Ensures quality advice regarding proposed technical modifications (PEPP).
Manages the follow-up of the results (product/process including APQP)



and sets up the preventive and corrective actions necessary to the respect of quality deliverables.Establishes partnerships both internally and externally and influences without direct authority.Commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer.Represents the "Voice of the Customer" to the platform teams.Drive team success by clarifying expectations and minimizing political hurdles.Demonstrates unwavering commitment to delivering results and champions achievements.Basic QualificationsBachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university or an equivalent engineering degree.Minimum Ten (10) years of automotive experience, preferably in a plant quality environment.Broad quality knowledge.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts successfully to all levels of management.Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.Ability to productively manage change.Strong program management and team leadership skills.Advanced English Level.Preferred QualificationsMaster of Science in Engineering Science/physics background with fundamental knowledge of vehicle system interaction / integration WorkingKnowledge of DFSS Green Belt, Black Belt.100% on site position at Toluca Assembly Plant.We OfferDirect hiring.Above the law benefits.EOE / Disability / VeteranAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
